Subway
This is my second visit to Subway - though as per rules of the challenge I can visit the same chain though as long as it’s a different location. Last time I went to the Subway at the George Street cinema complex. This time it is the Subway at Town Hall Arcade.
According to the Subway website there are over a dozen Subway locations in the Sydney CBD. That means I can try a different one each month. Lucky me!
The Subway Town Hall Arcade is your no-frills Subway. There are no seats, this is a strictly queue up, order, pay, and on your way establishment. I went for an old fave - Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on honey oat

Star Court Cafe
The rain is pouring outside. I have a rotten cold picked up over the weekend. Lunch today is all about convenience. So it was off to the cafe located in Darling Park at the Star Court.
I was needing some comfort food to lift my mood, and it had to be something hot. On the blackboard special I spotted lasagna with salad for $9. A little more than I would normally pay for this, but I wasn’t in the mood for walking far today.
Be warned with this cafe - the wait is long for food. All food is prepared in a kitchen away from eyesight so it’s hard to see how busy they actually are back there. I had to ask twice how long before my meal was ready - was it being cooked straight from scratch I wondered!?
Finally it’s ready and I take it back to my desk to consume. It’s actually quite nice, but I’ve definitely had better.
